Independent Political Power for LA.
Cypress & Summit PAC builds independent communications, voter-engagement, persuasion, research, and accountability campaigns designed to move voters now and strengthen political infrastructure for the long term.
Our Current Work
Our current projects combine voter engagement, independent political communications, and long-term capacity building.
LA CD4: Community Voting Power + Persuasion
An independent expenditure effort focused on increasing Black voter participation in northwest Louisiana, testing new persuasion approaches, and running independent accountability communications focused on Mike Johnson’s public record, while building voter-contact infrastructure and organizing capacity that can last beyond 2026.
Put the Party Back in Politics
A Louisiana voter-engagement project making voting more social, welcoming, and visible through community events, early-voting activities, voter information, and creative turnout programs.
Future Work
We’re building an independent political vehicle that can take on races and opportunities that are too often overlooked — especially where sustained investment can strengthen participation and political power over time.
Statewide Races
Turnout, accountability, and independent communications around statewide elections.
State Legislative Races
Strategic independent work in legislative districts where additional investment can make a meaningful difference.
Down-Ballot Power
Independent political and voter-engagement work in races that shape how local government actually functions, including:
- Assessors
- Clerks of Court
- City Councils
- Sheriffs
- District Attorneys
